It feels so good to be focused! Since the Insanity workout came out a couple years ago I have been stuck in a never-ending start/stop cycle with my fitness. I finally decided enough was enough and it was time to get back to basics, put the blinders on, and no matter what comes out I must complete the ENTIRE Insanity program as-is.
As part of my accountability I am also returning to the practice I did back in the day that helped me finish P90X and Insanity. I’m blogging the experience! Also a big shout out goes to my new accountability partners who I know will NOT let me fail – Charles Leslie, Audrey McDonald, and Sherry Inman!
So today marks day 3 on this new refreshing journey through Insanity! I’ve cleared my schedule to make sure my travels are minimal during April. Of course I have a big move coming up in May from FL to AZ but I am confident I can see it through! I may just have to stop every day as I make my way to workout with fellow coaches along the way =).
I am doing everything right and took my stats, pre-scheduled my TeamBeachbody SuperGym account, took my fit test, snapped some before photos, and plugged into a private Facebook accountability challenge group. I am ready to go!

Before Pictures:

Already 3 days in I feel both completely depleted and yet oddly energized. It’s so nice to know what I am doing for the next 90-days (Insanity and then Asylum). I know I am on a journey that will help me finally get to exactly where I want to be.
Through focus, accountability, and determination I feel absolutely unstoppable!
From this point moving forward I will record my journey here to help inspire you to push forward on your own journey. Simplify and attack. Don’t wait, start now! As for videos I will make 1 video a week to share my progress, gains, struggles, and any obstacles I am faced with.
Alone we try; together we succeed – Do what it takes!

Hey Coach!
Awesome post here I look forward to your blogging and I hope your insanity goes great!
